Anne Kanelopoulos

VP/Branch Manager-Producing

Anne is a Branch Manager, V.P./Senior Loan Officer at NOVA(r) Home Loans and has been a successful part of the mortgage industry since 2003. Due to the A-Team’s high-level of success, Anne and the A-Team has been the recipient of several prestigious awards within the mortgage industry. In conjunction with Adrian Anne formed the A-Team is 2012. Since then the A-Team was named in the Top 1% of Originators in the United States for 2015, 2016 and 2017 along with being ranked #5 in the state of AZ for most FHA loans closed, #13 in state for overall loans closed and Nationally #34 for most FHA loans closed along with #179 for overall loans closed.

Anne greatly enjoys her career and looks forward to helping each new client she meets while providing “World Class Service.” Whether you are a first time home buyer or refinancing your 10th house, Anne’s goal is to listen to your situation, explain all of your options, and give you answers that will assist you to accomplish your goals. And, Anne makes it a point to present these options in a language that’s easy to understand.

Anne is an Arizona native and proud Mother of two boys. Her family is a very busy on the go family. They all take great pride in being active in their community and appreciate the significance of helping people in every aspect of life.

Adrian Gastelum

VP/Branch Manager-Producing

A 20 year veteran of the mortgage industry, Adrian is so passionate about this business that he closed his first loan while he was still in school, a day before his 19th birthday! Understanding that the needs of his clients always come first, he makes sure to keep them informed throughout every step of the process. Being able to make dreams come true is a huge piece of what continues to drive Adrian and seeing the smiles on his borrowers faces when they are handed the keys to their new home never gets old; even after 20 years.

Adrian and his wife have three children and when he is not closing loans, he enjoys biking and raising money for non-profit organizations.
